What is this old radio?
 

Hi, Someone posted a picture of this radio on an eBay newsgroup and
hasn't found out what it is. Does it look familiar?

It does, but it's a little far away and dark to
know for sure.
Closer photos showing the front panel details
would help a lot.

Homebrew, 1922 give or take a year.

Looks like a commercial AM radio of some sort dating from around the
mid 20's. Look for some sort of markings in the chassis as as clue to
who manufactured it.

The box on top might be an accesory audio PA, as they were not a
common item in those days. Most people still used headphones.
