That is SO cool! I'm sure it's worth the starting price, but too rich for
me. Amazing that they had SPARK in airplanes - what would have been the receiver? Surely a coherer detector... but maybe not??? This piece should be in a museum.... Yes but not in the plane. These were used for spotting and were only one way transmissions. I had a BC-14A made by Deforest that I sold to a collector that lives in Italy. Too bad for me, it's wroth about 3 or 4 times what I sold it for then. Ron |
