Hi All,
I have a Hallicrafters SR-500, which I've never used for anything besides listening since I don't yet have my General class license. I'm getting ready to start working on my General, so I'm looking for a suitable mic for this rig (don't have one at all) and I'm not sure how to hook it up once I get it. Does anyone have a recommendation for a mic? Also, how do I go about hooking up the mic to the rig? Most of the older mics I've seen have four wires, but the mic connection on my radio accepts a plug with only two prongs. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks, Rodney, KF4COV (remove 'abc' to reply) |

Hi:
Have you received an answer yet. If not, I have the original manual and will look it up for you. 73 Joel WB2BMH "Rodney Isom" wrote in message ...
