This program is both practical and educational. It is based on two
loosely-coupled tuned circuits. There are several applications. The circuit
of a 'crystal set' is illustrated. Tuned circuit L and C settings and the
coefficient of coupling between the two coils can be varied from the
keyboard while observing how signal power and voltage levels change at
several points during a tuning-up operation.

The signal source is a broadcast transmitter of adjustable power output
which radiates a groundwave. The radio path distance and ground path
resistivity are also adjustable. A simple inverted-L receiving antenna of
given length provides the signal for the receiver.
