Anyone figured out how to use a Yaesu FT-727R HT on 447.020- ?

If you have figured a way to modify your FT-727R dual bander I would
really like to hear from you. The emergency group I am a member of has
a new repeater and I cannot program the radio to the "new" band plan
frequencies.
