If I may, I would like to ask you a clarification on your e-bay listing.

You state that, to bid on that listing, one must have at least 10 ebay =
transactions with no negative feedback.

What would would happen if somebody with less than 10 feedbacks places a =
bid at the very last minute, wins the bid and immediately pays you?
