Meissner Signal Shifter(VFO AM, CW Oscillator) EX Restored by
me.(KB8MTZ) New power cord, new tubes, some new bypass line caps. 10
-80 meters, AM CW, 300 ohms out, 6watts out from a one 807 driven by a
6V6.
