While doing research for an article on the Davco DR-30, I had the
opportunity to visit the design engineer for the Davco. He also did the
HQ-215 design and had 4 of the receivers in his basement- all prototypes.
One had a very "mod" speckled front panel- have a picture here if you'd
like to see one of them.
