EBay Marty Radio-Mart says so. Is this his third one this year, or just the
same one ?

This one looks as though it may be truly an additional receiver. The
first "two" were obviously the same but this one has some crud on the
front panel, just below the band-spread dial. He deleted the picture
from the first auction almost instantaneously so that it could not be
compared with the second. But.. this one may be a "real" one. I've
been almost willing to bid on his stuff but have elected not to. I
simply won't bid against a shill. Too bad, as some of his stuff appears
really nice!

Yes I don't like that "private bidder" baloney he does. Also I had seen some
of the receivers before he got them. They were always listed as "excellent
condition". I didn't think so.

Marty was DBA Multicomm2000 while he was in the UK about 5-10 years
ago.....anyone have any background on his shenanigans while there? Is he in
the States on a green card?

I really hate to get into this seemingly endless discussion, but other than
the fact that he seems to be overstating the condition of his items, is he
really screwing people? I would think he'd have a lot more negative
feedback than he does.

Anyway, to answer your question, I had a dealing with him as Multicom2K
several years ago, and I had no problem with him. I met him, he was very
nice, and he did what he said he'd do.
