Hi, Bob

Looking at the photo of the back of the HT-32B,
it looks like the previous owner added a pair
of jacks, possibly in order to meter plate current.
If so, the appropriate meter will need to be connected
before the unit is turned on, or the 6146's will
be damaged due to excessive screen current.
