Repairing a BC-348 - An update and a few more questions....

Useful thread... thanks all.
I have a working, original, unmodified BC-348-R complete with original
dynamotor that I run off a home-brew 28 VDC supply.
It needs some refurbushing and a tune-up after all these years... as
soon as I can get a "round tuit", a most necessary servicing device,
you will agree! g
