Is there a better gathering place?

Thanks for the kind words. I try, but I don't think I will ever be
able to be as dedicated as Bill was. I was a reader of RRB long before
I ever considered moderating the forum. His level of dedication was
way beyond incredible.

My problem has primarily been that work keeps me busy, and the group
has recently gone long periods of time without any new submissions
being pushed through. That's my fault, and I finally just set up my
server to email me every day to remind me to check the moderator's
mailbox. I swear I have a mind like a sieve... and that's on my good
days.

Also, Usenet in particular seems to be going by the wayside, as new
users flock to the web-based forums (Radio-Info, et. al) This has
happened with a lot of Usenet groups that I used to hang out
in....nothing but some spam blowing around like trash at an abandoned
subway station.
