Welcome, Warren, and yes, thanks to Mark for reminding
everyone that with this group up and running again, we
have an excellent place to discuss topics that drift
away from being about the Bay Area and instead address
national issues, such as TV/radio spectrum allocation.

Also, as Mark noted, this group is available via Google
Groups, which thus far has ignored requests to carry
ba.broadcast.moderated. :-(
