Univision Sells One In Beaumont/Port Arthur

Univision has sold 105.3 KPTY Winnie, TX to John Waltons Excel Media for an
undisclosed price. KPTY currently operates as part of Univisions Houston
cluster as a simulcast of Spanish CHR 104.9 Tu Musica KAMA-FM Deer Park.
KPTY will be Excels first broadcasting property. It is a Class C2 operating
with 50kW at 150 meters.

One year after leaving his longtime flagship 99.7 WWTN for Cromwell Sports
102.5 The Game WPRT-FM, syndicated advice host Dave Ramsey is once again on
the move in Nashville. Beginning on January 2, Ramsey will move to Clear
Channel News/Talk 1510 WLAC. In the move, Ramsey will lose his live
clearance in the Nashville market []

As the FCC continues grants of applications from the 2003 translator filing
window, portions of New York City and Los Angeles will reap the benefits of
a new signal. Bridgelight, LLC has been granted 95.1 W236CH Fort Greene,
which will operate with 10 watts vertical at 277.3 meters from 4 Times
Square in midtown Manhattan. []

FCC Approves Foreign Ownership Increase

Update 11/14: In a unanimous vote this morning, the FCC has approved the
proposal to increase foreign ownership beyond the current 25% limit. Each

all signs point to the station flipping to AC in the coming days as Magic
