Joe Frank, the venerable radio
producer/broadcaster/writer/experimenter who, depending on your
perspective, has either perfected or pioneered the current narrative
form of radio, has been honored with the 2003 Third Coast
International Audio Festival's Lifetime Achievement Award. I'm a
great fan of Joe's work so I wanted to spread the word to everyone out
