Full asking price of only $100,000. This is a steal as
the station grossed over $227,000 in 2002.

Joint venture (If you venture, you end up in the
joint! Hi!)

Active or inactive investors with at least $10,000
each are welcome. The FIRST investor may put in as
little as $5,000 and will get extra stock for being
the risk-taker. No individual may own over 49 percent.
