Partial ownership in AM radio station. Location is
upstate NY in small college town. Near Albany. 1 KW
daytimer with PSA/PSSA and some night power.

Total asking price is only $120,000 and this includes
transmitter land of about 11.5 acres plus transmitter
shelter plus 192' guyed tower and two transmitters.
Lots of modern studio gear. Station is on the air
since 1981.

Joint venture. Active or inactive investors with at
least $10,000 each are welcome. All investors would be
on the board with full voting rights if desired. No
individual can own more than 49 percent. That goes for
me too!
