sufficent to cover city of license.

Full asking price is only $150,000 and that includes
the huge self-supporting tower, land and combo
studio/office/xmtr building.

This is the only AM station in that county. Community
is the county seat.

Joint ventu Active or inactive investors with at
least $10,000 each are welcome. All investors would be
on the board with full voting rights if desired.
