sufficient to cover city of license.

Total asking price is $150,000 and that includes the
HUGE 331 ft. self-supporting tower, land and combo
studio/office/xmtr building.

Station is on the air since 1949. It is in the county
seat. City of license population under 1,000 but
almost 29,000 in county. This is the only AM in that
county.

Joint ventu Active or inactive investors with at
least $10,000 each are welcome. No individual can hold
over 49 percent. That means me too! We want no
"bullies" here!

You must be US citizen with no felony convictions or
history of license revocation(s) with the FCC.
