Actually, to push the discussion a bit further, I'd like your opinions
about the following "Terms of use" of an MP3-hosting website, that enables artists to post their own music (I've deleted the name of the company). Beyond the "legalese", does this provide airtight legal protection in your view? In which case I would use something like this Actually I read your original post and the replies. Although I have some experience with both copywriting and radio broadcasting (I used to be a DJ - still am one when you count my Internet station) its still a cloudy topic that you raise. Referring to your mp3 site will it be artists only? What's to stop someone else from downloading the music - then you're Napster all over again!
