A "Dog" AM radio station. (With all respect to Dogs!).

The "Radio Crazy" is baaaaakkkkk!!!!

Ideal station would be with seller financing and real
estate. I don't care what market size. I don't care if
station is profitable or not.

I don't want "pure" daytimers. Must have at least 50
watts night power.

Should be cheap. Asking price $150,000 or less.

I will pay a 5 percent finders fee to anyone
furnishing me a lead if I actually buy the station.
