Partial ownership in 1 KW daytimer in small Alabama
market. 1 KW, non-directional.

This is a joint venture. There is an element of risk
and you could lose all or part of your investment
(Uncle "Sam" makes me "do" it!) LOL!

Active or inactive investors with $5,000 min. are
welcome. No individual may own controlling interest.
This includes me!

Total asking price of station is $60,000 cash or
$75,000 on terms with $10,000 down. If I can raise at
least the $10,000 we are good to go!

few days ago.

I am known as the "Radio Crazy" on this forum but I'm
not THAT crazy! Last job was Chief Engineer for a 5 KW
fulltime AM in New York City. I think that makes me
"diplomat with portfolio" eh? (Glare!)

Do not worry, the money will not be deposited in my
Swiss bank account until I get permission from my
parole officer to fly to Rio! The ticket is with
Brazilian Bandit Airways and was paid for using all
small unmarked bills!
