This is a joint venture. There is an element of risk
and you could lose all or part of your investment.

Active or inactive investors with at least $25,000
each are welcome. No individual can own over 49
percent. This rule applies to me too! All investors
would be on the board with full voting rights if
desired.

Tower, land and building are included. Total asking
price is only $300,000. (An FM was sold in nearby
Macon, GA a few years ago for $59 million!)
