Default KINL on 1942 Airmans Chart

I have an old aviation Airmans Chart dated 1942. It shows a radio
tower, KINL, just north of Juneau, Alaska. It does not list a height or
frequency. Does anyone know if it was located at Lemon Creek, north of
Juneau? Are the old concrete foundations seen there perhaps part of
this station? KINY, still an active station, was listed on the chart as
well. Anyone know where I can find more info in KINL?

thanks
LJB
