of about 11,000 population. Total asking price of the
station is $70,000 with $10,000 down, seller
financing. No real estate is included. Studio rent is
$360.00 a month and tower site rent is $200.00 a
month. Station is on the air since 1974. 1,000 watts,
non-directional, daytime only.

Transmitter is an all solid state Harris GATES ONE.

I need one investor with the $10,000 down. For this
(besides my everlasting gratitude)I will gladly award
you 25 percent ownership and a seat on the board with
full voting rights. (A Corporation will be formed,
silly!)
