The company sent out a press release Tuesday, the same day it was issuing a
bond offering, announcing early Q4 results. With half the month of December
still to go, Townsquare CEO Bill Wilson says he now sees fourth quarter
outperforming expectations.

A new company called i4 Media Ventures is launching a 12-episode podcast
series called We Interrupt This Broadcast, which will highlight the history
of American broadcasting. The first season of six seasons planned over the
next three years debuts in February.

Connecticut morning team Chaz and AJ spent last week collecting cash and
toys equaling over $166k to be distributed to five local charities. Chaz
said the outpouring of generosity during a difficult year was
incredible. "We are absolutely blown away by this total.�

Broadcast Group programming lineup. The program was formerly syndicated on

Entercom Hauls in $3 Million For St. Jude

It's one of the biggest fundraising successes of this holiday season.
Entercom country stations in seven markets raised $3 million for St. Jude
Children’s Research Hospital through the unified “Country Cares for St.
Jude Kids Radiothon� series.

Chicago Market Manager Mike Thomas. The two have known each other for 8
years, having worked together at CBS Radio.

Nielsen has renewed Waterloo Media/Sinclair Telecable for PPM measurement.
Waterloo Media/Sinclair is Based in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Newport News,
Virginia, and Austin, Texas. This is a renewal in Austin and a new
multi-year deal in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Newport News, Virginia and
includes TAPSCAN.
