Partial interest in LPTV CP for a very famous and
important beach resort city in Delaware.

Delaware is the 7th fastest growing state and this
proposed LPTV station is in the fastest growing county
in that state!

This CP has been purchased by me (FCC approval
pending)and I seek active or inactive investors to
help fund the buildout of the station. This is a joint
venture. There is an element of risk. You could lose
all or part of your investment. You heard it first
here, kiddies! (grin!)

$10,000 min. per investor. Nobody can own more than 49
percent. This means me too. We don't want a
"bully-of-one" situation!

All investors would be on the board with full voting
rights.
