Partial interest in new LPTV CP for a very rich and
famous Delaware coastal city. I will disclose when you
contact me personally. It is for a UHF channel. 20,000
watts ERP, 24 hour license. Analog or digital
transmission permitted.

This is a joint venture. There is an element of risk
and you could lose all or part of your investment.

FCC has already granted the CP and I have filed to
transfer it to myself.

Active or inactive investors with at least $10,000
each are welcome. With care, we can build the station
for $50,000 or so.
