I am the 100 percent owner of the construction permit.


This is a joint venture. There is an element of risk

For the "unwashed", Rehoboth Beach is a "filthy rich"
beach resort city. The Winter population is only 1,495
(2000 census)but they get over 2.7 million visitors
per year. Condos on the beach go for $995,000 and rent
for $2,100 per week in the Summer.
