Podcasting is the best way for a college radio station to increase it's
listenership. There, you face only two hurdles:

1. Permission from the bands and labels
2. ASCAP and BMI fees

Tables Turned is helping college radio stations with both problems by
hosting a music clearance license for any band that wants to give you
permission and waive public performance fees.
