WWV (or, if in the Pacific, WWVH). All time, all the time, especially at
:45 mins past the hour. Failing that, dead air always works for me.

The most exciting show I've heard recently was at 23:59:60 on 31 Dec 05!

I hear their ratings are falling. In spite of the solar weather every
hour, CHU is taking a lot of their audience away with their exciting
bilingual time.
