Broadcast equipment preventive maintenance schedules

PM? You gotta be joking. Nobody does PM any more. People just run
everything until it falls apart, then call screaming for help at four
in the morning.

Hey, at least you guys HAVE an a engineer on staff. That is pretty rare
in radio today.
