serve wealthy Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This would be
only the third commercial TV station in all of
Delaware and the first in that (Sussex)county.

Channel 59, 20,500 watts ERP to the horizon.

Active or investors with any amount of investment
welcome. We suggest $10,000 however. All investors
would be on the board with full voting rights if
desired. We are a Delaware "C" corporation founded
July 1, 2005. The CP expires May 5, 2007.
