Which part?

There was an article in the National Radio Club's "DX News" years ago
giving a tour of the WNOP "Jazz Ark" floating in the river. Unique,
indeed! (sure wish I could find it) The next year, on my way to the
Dayton Hamvention, I made a point of looking for the floating tanks
where the article said they were -- and they were there. They no longer
are.

I have no idea whether the river actually belongs to the state of
Kentucky, the original poster will have to provide any evidence of that...
