1 Switched side of mic element. Open on receive

2 Common side of mic element. Pin 2 is also connected via
switch to pin 4 on receive. Pin 2 is otherwise connected
to pin 3 on transmit

3 No connection on receive, connected to pin 2 on transmit

4 Connected to pin 2 on receive. No connection on transmit
