Converted 10meter radios against 11 meter rigs?

As stated I am returning to the hobby.

I wonder if there are any pitfalls to a converted 10 meter radio
operating on 11 meters?

(woooshhhhhhh the hams come out and make cheap jokes no doubt lol )

I have heard pronlems about the new cobra 2000 and wandering frequency
Alignment ! ?

Is this true, and whats people opinions on the Superstar 3900
Multimode?

Get a HR-2510 if you can find one. You can also drop it in the vehicle
with minimum fuss.

I had an SG-2000, worst receiver I ever owned, bar none. I know a few
others that had them and every one had to be returned for repair, that's
a 100% failure rate. Best thing I ever did was dump that POS.
