tech question
 

my galaxy 959 is quite on the am side when i dont have my squelch adjusted and loud on the ssb side the static that is i wqs wondering if that was normal.
im running dual valor gutter mounts with a 1.5.1 swr and im running a rk 56 mic
i noticed also i have a squeal when i let off the mic when i have talkback on
other than that is seems to work fine there isnt a lot of cbers here so i havent heard anyone
my neighbor does and gave a check and said it was loud and clear but that was a half block away.
any info would be appreciated thanks.
