about. It needs no blathering and needs no announcement. The submarine
speaks with a torpedo.

The submarine bides it's time, waiting for the moment of best
opportunity. Silent, stealthy attack and undetected withdrawl are the
submarine's stock in trade. Doom on the target is the submarine's
slogan.
