Well you either let them in or they go and get a search warrant. Oh by
the way, part of the priviledge of operating a station is that the FCC
has the right to inspect that station at will. Failure to allow them
to inspect the station is prima facia evidence that some type of
illegal activity is going on and thus a search warrant is much easier
to get.

the FCC can do to them

Yes:

I'm a criminal who operates without getting caught(yet). I didn't
finish the second grade - hence my inability to spell simple words
and form complete sentences. I'm barely cognizant.
