I get a kick out of putting the goof balls in the filter. Just one post
and their gone. But then they change their address, so another 5 seconds
and their gone.

Yeah there are a few of us still around here at times.

Ya just add the goof balls to your filter and this thins em out big
time. So you can read the radio related postings.

When I open up the news groups I can see like 30 to 50 new posts but
when I open up the CB News Group I will only see a few new postings that
I don't have filtered out, works great.

Hi Jeff, yeah it's me.. same old Steve with the Belvedere. You may have
noticed I still have the same fan club so I must be doing something right.

At any rate it's nice to see you post in the zoo again. Me.. I'm dialing in
this kenwood ts870 with the same amp and antenna's that I've been running
since the last time we talked. (the 870 is new to me six weeks)

I did pick up a fairly nice 60' crank-up tower used for $500 and it needed
some TLC so I've been sand blasting/primer/painting it this summer. This
new paint job and the new cables to follow should make it last a while.
Norm rebuilt my hamIV rotator in the mean time, I highly recommend him for
rotor service if anyone needs that.

At any rate, the band is getting busy again so I figured I better get my
gear in order again.
