Mopey, if that person arrested me like he planned to do because I was
using a CB radio without the required ham radio license needed to use
CB radios, the charges and court documents would read that I was

"illegally using a ham radio without a license"

even though I did not own any ham radio at the time.

And if he arrested me after me telling hin it's a CB radio and not a
ham radio, (he still said I needed the ham license to legally operate
a CB",
the charges and court documents would have read that I was

"illegally using a radio without a license"

or

"illegally using a two way radio without a license".

None of which were true.

The truth is I was completely legal and my radio was completely legal.
