Default SWR

We have an rv with a fiberglass roof. It has wiring cable etc for a cb.
The CB uses the radio antenna. That's not the best of situation but
until I can address a CB only antenna I don't want to cook a CB with
high SWRs.
I have an old Teaberry that you can tune the SWR on the radio itself.
Unfortunately several years ago the meter went out. The shop that
replaced used one that fit but it doesn't correspond to the old meter
and no telling what SWR I get when I tune it to where the position use
to be.
Does anyone make a separate SWR meter to not only indicate the SWR but
to tune it on the meter?
