This has to be a wind-up, right?

First of all, you claim 40 channels full of swearing. I cannot remember
the last time all channels were full of anything. It was certainly further
back than the 10 years you say that you have been on CB.

But, let's humor you, and assume that it really is full of swearing. It would
appear that real-life Canadians make Terence and Philip look like like
choir boys. This gives you two main options:
1. Sell up your CB. When in public, block your ears.
2. Move out of Canada.

But, after moaning about swearing, you let out obscenities. Maybe you
are the one filling the channels with foul language.

You have had a genuine answer with links. CB is for pleasure, take it as
it is or sell up and take up something less stressful - like basket weaving.
I believe that someone on this group could help you with that.
(Kidding, Brian, just kidding).
