They are crooks and we are idiots. I believe in NRA. Not the National
Rifle Association, Never Re-elect Anyone!

Unfortunately, the 8 years of Republican rule brought the religious right
back to the front. I am very worried after reading a posting at work for
child care. Well written, it offers child care for kids from 4 years to 13
years of age. Hey, they also teach! Sounded good, so I continued perusing
the note on the bulletin board. They teach history. American, Black, and
Mesopotamian history. Hmmmm ... that worried me a bit. They also teach the
Bible. Now I was really worried. No Jews in Rochester, apparently. Nor
folks of other faiths, but I continued. Science. Great. They teach
general science, earth science, and ... and ... and ... *astrology*! Now
there is great science. Astrology. I don't know if they meant astronomy or
not, but would you put your child in their care? Of course, I suspect a
large number of folks wouldn't even see anything wrong.

And we wonder why we are becoming a 3rd rate power. Well, we will be. We
are poorer and are continually dumbing down. Sigh ...
