So we have an EXTRA class licensee
encouraging illegal operation on the ham
bands. Obviously the code test wasn't a good
enough filter in this case.
Newsflash: This is not a deviation from the norm. Many hammies break
communication law in one manner or another...the next wave of
enforcement you may learn of may be the crack down on hammies providing
addresses to the FCC other than where they reside. Watch what you ask
for,,you just may get it....
