Besides, the cbers have made such a mess of it, it would take years to clean the filth out. 11M was sparsely used because it was not harmonically related to the other HF bands (i.e., required a separate VFO band and couldn't be multiplied to other HF bands). With today's synthesized radios, 11M would be no more difficult to implement than any other band. When the hams had 11M, they could also legally full duplex 10M and 11M simultaneously for a real 2X conversation like the telephone.
