Dual Base Stations and One Antenna
 

Hello folks,

Got a fellow with two base stations and one antenna. Obviously he
needs a splitter for his antenna cable...Do they make such an animal
and where might one locate it?

Rick,
It's called an antenna switch and comes in several
configurations. I would be careful because having two
radios on at the same time can lead to problems. Even
with one off, if it's connected to a second radio through
a switch, one can overload the other.

yes antenna switch will work, instead of two antenna output, just reverse
....radio not in use to be off..NEVER any problems in past..
