HR-2510 Tech Question

I have a 2510 that has a display problem. You turn it on sometime and it its
all garbled. Turn it off then on again and it sometimes fixes itself. What the
hell is this? The radio can be fine for a day or 2, and then this happenes
again. Radio otherwise is great.
Thanks

had a similar problem. using star washers under all screws securing the
pcb's to the chassis fixed mine.

I encountered the same problem and your fix above
worked for my 2510 too. I took it a bit further also.
I applied solder (tinned) all the grounding feed-thru's and
then cleaned them of all rosin residue with alcohol
and a lint free cloth. Then re-assy'd the radio.
It's worked fine ever since.
