It doesn't matter if DouGay posted the "rumble" posts or not.
His silence over those posts was intentional. His intentional
silence proved his true intention about the rumble. He'd wimp
out of any such rumble. His silence on the matter also canceled
any reasonable defense he may have been able to muster over
