brand new wire with it as well...all I need now is a good bit of weather to
put it together and erect it...

Now let's see if I can remember how I did it 20+ years ago...

I've done that tonight...there was only 4 nuts that hadn't been
removed...they had rusted badly...they were the 4 nuts on the fibreglass
reflectors...everything else was covered in 'waxoyl'...so when I eventually
erect it (after this spell of freezing weather) I'll 'waxoyl' it again...

I take it stainless and ally don't react!!!!!!!!!!!!...I was gonna post this
question...

£100 was £20 more than I paid for a new one 23 years ago...but after I had
sourced new ones on Ebay and worked out the shipping ($500) £100 seemed like
the bargain of the year...and it is in almost new condition...

It also came with a new reel of copper wire...

It came with a copy of the US manual as opposed to the European manual...but
I do have my original manual from back in the dark ages...

The US manual has the instructions and pictures side by side...the European
manual has instructions and references to pictures at the back of the
manual...also the European manual has three times as many pages...maybe
Avanti thought we needed more guidance...
